Volunteering Requirements and Volunteer Cheques
Each skating family is required to submit a $125 volunteer cheque dated for March 31, 2023, which will be cashed at the end of the season if volunteer requirements are not fulfilled. Cheques will be collected at the beginning of the season.
Spring Volunteer Choice

Sell $100 in raffle tickets per skater (this is a required volunteer requirement for Spring.

Carnival: full volunteer hours and exempt from raffle tickets will only be given to full time costume convenors and a Concession Coordinator.
One or Two Day Option
CanSkate Program is Canada’s only national learn-to-skate program. It was developed by experts to teach the fundamentals of skating in a progressive and sequential manner.
We offer Pre-Canskate for children new to skating, 3 – 5 years, and Canskate for children 6 – 12 years, to master strong basic skills and prepare skaters for all ice sports – hockey, ringette, speed skating and figure skating. Classes are taught by CanSkate Certified Coaches and supported by trained Program Assistants.
Registration is limited and on a first-come, first-served basis.
1 day package (Monday or Wednesday) ($135)
2 day package (Monday and Wednesday) ($180)
Mondays 4:20-5:00pm
Wednesdays 4:35-5:15pm or 5:20-6:00pm
If Monday session is at capacity priority will be given to skaters that are signed up for the two day option.
