Boarding: 5:00 pm

Departure:  8:00 pm

Trip Details:

Connections Café is CSC Grand Valley Chapter’s premier network and showcase event. As sponsors, you make the event happen! You will be given 10 tickets to invite those that you want to attend. Don’t worry if you don’t have enough contacts to fulfill your allotment of tickets. There is a waiting list of Construction Industry personnel wanting to be invited. We’ll be delighted to introduce you to new contacts. You will also be given a 4’ display table. It’s yours to inform, inspire or showcase innovation. You can either stay at your table or mix and mingle. Hors D’oeuvres and a Cash Bar will be available.
Who should you invite? Architects, Interior Designers, Engineers, Specification Writers, Project Managers, Developers, Landscape Architects, Contractors, City Officials and Planners…pretty much anyone involved with the Construction Industry.

 

Boarding Pass Pricing for Sponsors:  2 tiers

• Business Class

Early bird -$695.00 + HST / $895.00 + HST after March 10, 2023

• Sponsors receive 11 tickets – one for themselves and 10 for their invited guests
• Logo projected on Hangar wall throughout the event
• A 4’ foot table for displaying product. 
• First Class VIP:  

Early Bird - $1,350.00 + HST / $1,550.00 + HST after March 10, 2023

• Sponsors receive 11 tickets – one for themselves and 10 for their invited guests
• Logo projected on Hangar wall throughout the event
• A 4’ foot table for displaying product. 
• 1 person – 20-minute flight in a North American Harvard MK 2 Fighter Jet.  The person you select to take this flight will require approx. 1 hour to allow for safety training and being fitted with a flight suit.  (Be sure to let us know if they are open to barrel rolls).  How you select that one person will be up to you.  If you want to offer more than one of your guests the opportunity, the cost will be $600.00 per person.  Only 6 spots are available on the 17^th but flights can be scheduled on another day that work with your clients’ availability

• 1- 20-minute flight for 3 people in a Cessna Skyhawk for bird's eye view of Kitchener Waterloo area

There is no need to allow time for safety training for this flight

Meet the Waterloo Warbirds! These wonderful volunteers will be on hand to talk to attendees about the vintage war planes staged in and around the hangar, and if you're game, they’ll be the ones to take you or your guest on a flight that will be mind-blowing.Think Maverick from Top Gun!
